Health Picture is a web application powered by a predictive algorithm that connects healthcare data to quantifiable, actionable information that benefits patients and their providers. Data is not only translated but transformed into a continuum of insights—applicable across all touchpoints in an individual's health journey.
The target audience for this product is senior people, at the age of 65 or more, who have Medicare for their insurance and are receiving medical care through that way, and their caregivers, usually relatives. It allows them to track their health, care, visits, procedures, and more. It is deep knowledge that quantifies longevity, health status, and health risks.
Targeting the elderly audience meant that the product has to be designed with its specific context in mind, such as vision issues and impaired senses, issues with memory, concentration and attention, and more.
The result was an easy-to-use web platform that organizes big amounts of medical records in a clear and understandable way and shows the user's relative health risks for common acute conditions.
