The platform works as a crowdsourcing engine and assists you in defining the campaign, inviting participants, collecting data, and analyzing the results. The outcomes include new business strategies, solutions to stubborn problems, and insight to inform important decisions.

The Challenge

The complicated steps of building a successful crowdsourcing campaign, gathering large amounts of data gathered, and analyzing the process led the product to become unfocused and hard-to-use. The objective was to analyze the crowdsourcing process, restructure the architecture of the platform to follow its steps, and simplify the user interaction via a clean and straightforward UI.

The Solution

The result was a complex web-platform concept and design that fully drives the crowdsourcing campaign and generates a positive impact on various companies and communities.

The information architecture of the product beforehand didn’t take in consideration the user’s workflow. Understanding the client helped to align the product to follow their crowdsourcing process:
